A Different Kind of Vampire Story
Known for his unique works, Rahabi Mandra presents the character of Siti, played by Satine Zaneta, with a fresh approach. More than just horror, the film blends comedy, family drama, and local wisdom that resonates closely with Indonesian audiences.
"We wanted to create a vampire that is truly Indonesian. Siti is not just a scary vampire, she has a heart, she has inner conflict," said Rahabi Mandra during the press conference.
Producer Kenny Png added, "SITI SI VAMPIR is the answer for audiences who miss horror films that are entertaining yet maintain cinematic quality. The combination of talented young cast members like Satine, Ajil, and Ciccio with senior actors like Nugie and Kimberly Ryder is our main strength."
Cast Enthusiasm
Satine Zaneta admitted that playing Siti was a challenge: "This is the most complex role I have ever played. Siti is strong, fragile, and funny at the same time."
Meanwhile, Ajil Ditto and Ciccio Manassero, who will bring a lot of comedy to the film, promised non-stop laughter in the studio.
Produced to a high production standard, the film is expected to be the most anticipated horror-comedy film in the final quarter of 2026.
